Located: Trinidad & Tobago

The Internal Audit Assistant will assist with reviews of systems and methods of internal controls, risk assessment and compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:-

To conduct specified audit procedures aimed at examining, analyzing and assessing the adequacy and cost effectiveness of internal controls
To conduct audit test and other procedures to assess whether systems and practices are in compliance with policies, rules and regulations
To gather and document sufficient and appropriate audit evidence.
To draft audit findings and report as appropriate
To assist with monitoring the status of audit recommendations

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:-

CAT, or Level 2 ACCA Certification or equivalent
and/or
Completion of post secondary education to an Associate Degree Level
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience performing auditing / accounting duties
Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
