Human Resource Assistant

Job Summary

The incumbent will report to the General Manager, Human Resources or delegated representative and will be responsible for providing technical administrative support services in the Authority so that established Human Resourse Management objectives may be achieved.

He/she is also responsible for supporting the oranization in achieving its goals through the recuritment and selection of suitably competent staff that support the delivery of quality health care.

Minimum Training and Experience

  • Associated Degree  in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • 5 CXC O'Level passes. Grades I and II or A, B, C respectively (Mathematics and English Language compulsory)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • An understanding of Human Resource Maagement
