MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN I
This individual would perform analytical chemical tests using specialized computerized equipment/technology that
The incumbent is expected to carry out and to report his/her Endings independently. Work must be complete, timely
and accurate using appropriate methodology. This work also requires the occasional supervision of support staff.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE
* Training as evidence by the possession ofa Medical Laboratory Technician's Diploma / Associate Degree or any
equivalent combination of experience and training from a recognized educational institution.
* Knowledge of relevant computer applications arid automated instruments related to medical laboratory technology
activities.
* Registration as a Laboratory Technician with the Medical Laboratory Board ofTrinidad and Tobago.
* Working knowledge and experience with respect to International Laboratory Standards.
