Role synopsis
The objective of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planning Specialist is as follows:

"To support the Operations Function Integrity Management team with embedding the Region's work management process".

The CMMS Planning Specialist is a key member of the Integrity Management team which supports bpTT's Operations with the safe delivery of the Integrity and Corrosion Management programs maximizing plant and equipment integrity, availability and reliability while implementing those programs in a timely and results-oriented manner.

Key accountabilities
Provide training and development on an as-needed basis;

Ensure competency in the use of CMMS and its application to WMP within USPL;

Current on CMMS tools, concepts, and philosophy;

Deliver a consistent message to end users in the designated area of responsibility;

Collaborate with field users and provide two-way information to and from the CMMS Team and end users.
- Refer the end user to the appropriate resources for support outside of the CMMS Specialist scope.

Essential Education
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from a recognised University or Business related discipline or equivalent experience;

Essential experience and job requirements
The candidate should have at least fieve (5) years of operations or maintenance experience;

Working knowledge of CMMS database;

Strong team player, well developed interpersonal skills and personal impact;

Strong communication and presentation skills;

Self motivated and drive to support others in performance delivery;
Other essential skills and knowledge Responsible for the input of maintenance execution history and man hours used against every job order executed by the assigned maintenance team;

Create Change Request Forms as required;

Ensure that all the required information is loaded into the system in a consistent, timely and accurate manner;
