Our technical architects are responsible for the technical implementation of custom software through the full software development lifecycle, from beginning (business development) to end (implementation). In this role, you will assist in gathering requirements from client stakeholders and produce enterprise grade designs in a collaborative environment.

You will set technical direction for your team by defining and advocating best practices for new and existing technologies, you will drive the creation of estimates and plans for your team, and you will lead the team to delivery of a quality result for your client.

Our Requirements:

• Hands on experience with modern web technologies (HTML 5, AJAX, Struts, Ruby on rails, JQuery, etc)
• Hands on experience in an enterprise programming environment using java or .NET
• Hands on experience with agile and test driven development (TDD)
• Demonstrated leadership experience as either a senior developer or technical lead
• General knowledge of advanced database topics (data warehouse, SSIS, SSAS, etc)
• General understanding of architectural concepts such as OOAD, UML, Design Patterns
• Experience in an environment where you provided consulting services to external clients
