BUSINESS ANALYST - SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing, analysing and monitoring the Company's business systems and processes and making recommendations to ensure that they adequately support the Company's strategic goals and objectives. The Business Analyst will identify gaps in current business processes and recommend solutions and will also ensure a systematic approach to the development, implementation and review of all Company policies and procedures.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related field
• Certification/training in Process Mapping
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a business environment
• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering or Redesign, Business Transformation and Process Change Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good investigative, analytical, problem-solving and information-gathering skills
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered
