Support 911TM TEAM is hiring qualified and/or experienced:
SALES/MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL for work in Trinidad and Tobago

Build, respond to, care and service Customer Relationships. Initiate sales enquiries, negotiate, close and repeat sales. Establish and maintain long term Customer Relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inventory of Customer records
• Monitor performance of CRM systems
• Service, manage and create Customer relationships
• Project manage and coordinate Customer service
• Make insightful recommendations for continual service improvement in Customer relationships and their Business Objectives
• Project assist and coordinate company efforts in satisfying Customer service requests
• Training of office staff in use of applications
• Design business development plans, implement and monitor the performance for successful completion and continuity
• Schedule meetings and prepare/present accurate and progressive presentations being punctual and as industry up to date at all times
• Maintain high levels of security and confidentiality (both external and internal)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Certification in Dale Carnegie, Public Speaking, Meeting Planning/Preparation/Delivery, Sales, Time Management or experience would be an asset.
2. Knowledge of Information and Communications Technology hardware, software, IT governance and networking systems, standards and technologies.
3. Ability to initiate, develop, maintain, and turnover long term Customer relationships. A sense of deep appreciation for SMB and Entrepreneural drive and spirit would be an asset.
4. Knowledge of quantitative assessment, mitigation, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques. Ability to identify and resolve quickly misunderstandings, logistical and administrative problems.
5. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to work in multiple cultures would be an asset.
6. Ability to provide reports to Management ontime and accurately.
7. Must have a license and experience driving a station wagon and/or panel van.

Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
