Position Objectives

Direct in the processes of Development and management of the Human Capital of the Institute, to support the achievement of the mandate and the present and future objectives of IICA.
Lead, orchestrate and coordinate the human resources services with all other units of the Institute to provide modern, effective and efficient support to the personnel of IICA.
