An operations manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly. They are responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity. Handling the logistics of the organization, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of employees.
Establishes policies and procedures that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Implements standards of performance, safety policies and procedures and makes policy changes as necessary
Oversees customer service departments and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goal
Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Management or Business Administration or other business related area.
Five (5) years supervisory or managerial experience and an excellent track record
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
Strong organizational skills
Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities
Have comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
