Administrative Assistant - To the Board of Directors

The Administrative Assistant to the Board will be responsible for the administrative functions to the Board of Directors and the office of the Chief Executive Officer as required.Key Responsibilities:-

Arranges, Coordinates and Schedules a variety of activities (e.g. meetings, travel arrangements) as it relates to the Board of Directors and its Sub-Committees.
Coordinate activities arising out of the meetings of the Board of Directors to include the preparation of written correspondences (e.g. reports, letters, etc.) to convey information as directed.

Prepares reports such as Annual Director's Reports and other reports required by the Chairman and other members of the Board of Directors.
Records, prepares and distributes minutes of the Board Sub-Committees.
To perform other related administrative, clerical as directed by the Board of Directors and / or CEO including assisting other managers.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:-

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field OR
A Diploma from an accredited institution such as Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Applicants should possess:

Must possess strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
Must possess knowledge of modern office procedure techniques.
Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
