PROGRAMME MANAGERJOB SUMMARY:
Manage the operations of PPPMU which includes programme development, team management, activity implementation for all Ministry of
Education transformational initiatives, in coordination with the Strategic
Executive Team (SET) so as to ensure alignment and the achievement of
the MOE's goals and objectives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:-
• Ensures all projects managed by the Unit are aligned to the MOE
goals and strategies.
• Works closely with the Strategic Executive Team providing updates
and progress of transformational initiatives projects.
• Works closely with International and funding agencies with which
the MOE has contractual or other arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:-
• A Masters Degree in Educational Planning/ Economics or Education
Administration..
• At least five (5) years experience in Project
Management/Coordination.
• Considerable experience in development/ preparation of educational
projects.
• Considerable knowledge of the operations of the Ministry of
Education, IDB and other Government agencies.
