The Showroom Administrator is an Administrative position in the Sales & Marketing Department and is responsible for assigning vehicles to customers and preparing files that are ready to be registered.

Main Tasks

 

  • Verifying information from the Sales File
  • Various adminstrative duties
  • Data entry
  • Archiving files

 

Minimum Education, Knowledge & Skills

 

  • 5 CXC passes including English and Mathematics
  • Computer literate
  • Tertiary level education in Adminstration
  • Detail oriented
  • Familiar with working in a team oriented environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • At least two years experience in an administrative position
